Accommodation:
To make our farm a warm and welcoming place, we invite you to become part of the farm life by offering on-site accommodation. We have a container situated on our farm that we envision transforming into a cozy and comfortable home for you and your family.
As a part of this transformation, we're allocating a monthly budget of €500 for materials. We encourage and welcome your personal touch to create a space that truly feels like home. In addition to the budget, any extra work hours you invest in this project will be valued and appreciated.
Furthermore, we are committed to sustainability and will cover the costs of installing an off-grid solar system to ensure a self-sufficient and eco-friendly living space. This not only aligns with our values but also provides you with a sustainable and reliable power source.
To enhance your farm living experience, we are also offering additional land adjacent to the container. This space can be utilized for personal vegetable production, allowing you to connect with the land and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
Our aim is to foster a sense of community and shared responsibility, and we believe that transforming the container into a home will be a collaborative and rewarding project for everyone involved.

Financial Conditions:
At Mavronero, we believe in a collaborative and dynamic approach to work, fostering an environment where titles are not assigned to individuals, but functions are embraced. We have defined functions that guide our daily operations, emphasizing teamwork and shared responsibilities. Our payment system is structured entirely around these functions.

Functions on the Farm:

Helper:
> Works according to instructions.
> Operates under the supervision of an assistant or manager.
> Supports various projects as needed.

Assistant:
> Performs tasks independently and with full responsibility.
> Can plan tasks autonomously.
> Collaborates with the team to achieve project goals.

Project Manager:
> Manages specific projects.
> Creates and plans tasks for the team.
> Takes full responsibility for the team, their tasks, and project goals.
> Operates with a high degree of autonomy.

Planning Manager:
> Creates planning for both personal tasks and the entire team.
> Holds responsibility for defining and reaching company goals.
> Focuses on strategic planning and long-term sustainability.

Our payment system is based on hourly payment and intricately tied to the functions individuals undertake. The more responsibility a function carries, the higher the compensation. We believe in recognizing and rewarding the diverse contributions of each team member.

The number of hours you work on project related take should be between min 80 and max 174 per month. We offer time accounts to balance month with less work.
